Our Oxygen absorbers are called “OxySorb” and labelled “Do not eat.” OxySorb is designed primarily to prolong the shelf life of food products. Eliminate residual oxygen from sealed containers, helping protect food without artificial preservatives. Whether you're storing dry grains, pulses, dehydrated snacks, or powdered foods, OxySorb oxygen absorber packets lock in freshness and maintain your food's original taste, texture, and aroma for longer periods.
Each iron-based oxygen absorber contains food-grade iron powder that reacts with oxygen in the surrounding air, locking it away and creating a low-oxygen environment. This helps prevent oxidation, rancidity, and the growth of fungi or aerobic bacteria—keeping dry food items for months or even years.
Our FDA-approved OxySorb oxygen absorbers are non-toxic and safe for edible products. They are available in various sizes, including popular 100cc oxygen absorbers for small to medium packaging. For added confidence, our oxygen absorber sachets come with a colour change indicator that shows when oxygen has been absorbed. Whether you're looking for OxySorb oxygen absorbers or searching for the best oxygen absorbers for food storage, we offer reliable food storage solutions without preservatives. Now, you can buy oxygen absorber packets in India with ease and learn exactly how to use oxygen absorbers for long-term food storage—right from your kitchen to your pantry.

Important Note: The oxygen absorber sizes mentioned in the chart are based on pouch packaging.
For jars, always consider the internal air space and choose a lower cc size absorber to ensure effective oxygen removal.
For low-density or bulky items like Makhana, Chips, and Dehydrated Vegetables, oxygen space is higher due to air gaps. Always increase the absorber size by 1.5x to 2x for better protection.
Ensure your food is completely dried, cooled, and ready to be packed in airtight containers or pouches.
Open the master pouch only when you're ready. Avoid exposing all sachets to air for too long.
Place the required number of OxySorb sachets directly inside each pouch or container.
Drop 1 sachet into each bag or container and seal it tightly right away to prevent oxygen exposure.
Seal any remaining sachets in an airtight pouch or jar. Use them within 20–30 minutes if exposed to air.

I've been using Oxysorb for a few months now and I have to say, I'm pretty impressed. It's not often that a product actually lives up to the hype, but this one does. My food stays fresher for longer and I'm wasting a lot less. Definitely worth the investment.
The OXYSORB came in a large plastic bag, all together in a clump. The bag doesn't reseal and you have to cut it open. When you open the bag the OXYSORB starts to get warm. My sources tell me that it's because the OXYSORB are retaining oxygen and they will go bad if not sealed up again... it is very important if you want to store anything at least for a month's time. It is not for everyday use only for long time storage. It is a must-have if you store food like rice, dal, beans, kitchen masala, etc. particularly if food gets rotten in a normal timeline. It is very important the container should be airtight or better still somehow sealed. the result will depend on how you use it which is very important {{{{this is an Oxygen Absorbers, not a Silica Gel for Moistur Absorbent}}}}
Product is good but packing has to be made in a thicker airtight cover. Even though the present packing is airtight it is very flimsy.
Good oxygen absorbers and made in India, very reasonably priced compared to the imported ones
